All downloads on this site, whether for a pay-for product, or a FREE product, require that you register with Mixman.com. To register requires a valid e-mail and the creation of a Password. You will then be sent a link to the e-mail you have provided and will have to click on a link to activate your registration. Once registered and logged in you will be able to download Free and Pay-For Products. Once you are registered, you agree to allow Mixman to contact you at least one time by e-mail. Thereafter, you may unsubscribe from further e-mail contact if you so choose.

Downloading of future products or use of other services and/or participation in certain promotions may require that you are signed up again for an e-mail list of ours.

To use Mixman software and sounds you must agree to our End-User-License-Agreement (EULA) which is offered either at the time of download, time of installation or when you first launch a Mixman Song or Mixman Application.

Use of the Mixman self-publishing services, whereby you can share your creations means that you agree to be civil and respectful with others when making comments. We do not allow internet bullying. You also agree to not upload to any Mixman self-publishing community or service anything that is copyrighted and not yours to share. Mixman reserves the right to terminate any account of any user for any reason at any time, or to change its policies without notice.
